Tooth Traffic is rapidly expanding and looking for enthusiastic Inbound Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team. Our team helps patients take the next step toward dental implant treatment by scheduling free in-office consultations.

Role overview
The ISR manages a high volume of inbound leads and books patients for free in-office consultations. You’re not selling treatment on the phone. You’re motivating patients to take action and show up.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm consultations
- Follow up quickly on inbound lead forms
- Use phone, text, and email to reach prospects
- Overcome objections and build confidence
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and outcomes
- Operate with empathy and high integrity
Qualifications
- B2C sales experience preferred (phone, D2D, or in-person)
- Basic tech literacy (CRM experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication
- Self-starter with strong follow-through
- 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri (optional Saturdays)
